In today's complex and large-scale development environments, an over-reliance on rigid frameworks can often create "Agile fatigue," which ironically stifles flexibility, creativity, and team autonomy.
This keynote advocates for a shift from a method of control – like managing a garden with strict rules – to one of nurturing a robust and autonomous "substrate," akin to a natural ecosystem. We will not discuss "discarding" frameworks like Scrum or SAFe®, but rather a process of "rewilding": returning to the underlying principles and values to generate unique practices rooted in your organization's specific context and culture.
Attendees will gain the insight that true organizational agility is not something imported from the outside, but something cultivated from within. We will provide a mental model and practices for achieving a resilient, innovative, and human-centered way of working, even at scale.
